Please call 1-800-242-8807 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time, Monday through Friday, to speak with a China Mist representative. (If you call at any other time, you may leave a message and we'll return the call.) We will cheerfully replace the product or return your money, whichever you prefer.
