Purchasing from China Mist Brands

Order usually arrives within 7-10 business days (for in-stock items only).

Domestic charges:

We use UPS online tools to calculate the actual shipping costs of your order based on the weight of your items. Your shipping rate is based on the weight of your items and your zip code.
Purchase $100.00 and over and receive FREE standard shipping.
UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes. Shipments to Post Office Boxes will be charged actual USPS postage rates.
To ship to a P.O. Box, please call 800.242.8807 and place your order with our Retail Specialist. The Retail Specialist will confirm your order with actual shipping charges for all P.O. Box orders.

Arizona Residents Sales Tax:

For items totaling $0 - $50.00, shipping is $7.95*
Items $50.01 - $99.99, shipping is $10.95
Items $100.00 and over, standard shipping is FREE!
When purchasing China Mist® Pure Bottled Organic Teas, the shipping charge is $16.85.
If you purchase China Mist® Pure and other items, add $16.85 plus the appropriate shipping amount for the additional items above.
For example, if you purchase Traditional Bulk Loose Iced Tea for $28.50 and the Mixed Case of China Mist Pure, your shipping total will be $7.95 for the bulk loose tea and $16.85 for the Pure Bottled Tea.
Shipments to Post Office Boxes will be charged actual postage rates.
To ship to a P.O. Box, please call 800.242.8807 and place your order with our Retail Specialist. The Retail Specialist will confirm your order with actual shipping charges for all P.O. Box orders.

For Express Delivery

Next Business Day Express is $30 additional to Standard Shipping and Handling charges. Next business day delivery for orders placed by 3 P.M. MST Monday-Friday. Allow one additional day for Hawaii and Alaska. Available for in-stock items only. Not available for P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. All orders are subject to verification.

For 2nd Day Express

Add $20.00 to Standard Shipping and Handling Charges. Delivery within 2 business days for orders placed by 3 P.M. MST Monday-Friday.

To ship Internationally

Please call to inquire about International delivery at 1-800-242-8807 or 480-998-8807. Order usually arrives within 14-21 business days (for in-stock items only) after the shipping date. Delivery costs do not include any applicable duties and taxes. The recipient will be responsible for these charges at time of delivery.

Return policy for China Mist Brands

We stand by our reputation for quality and excellent value. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we’ll assist you with a prompt refund or exchange at our discretion. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless it was the fault of China Mist Brands.
