A Delightfully Different Easter Brunch Idea

Easter is just around the corner (April 9th!), and it’s time to start planning your Easter brunch menu! This year, we decided we wanted to center our menu around our Blackberry Jasmine Green Tea. This perennial favorite marries the sweet-tart flavor of blackberries with the floral fragrance of night-blooming jasmine petals. Blending it with lemonade takes the flavor to the next level. It’s such a perfect way to kick off spring and celebrate Easter.

First, the beverages. All 3 start with a classic half-and-half blend of China Mist Blackberry Jasmine Green Tea and your favorite lemonade. But feel free to improvise to your liking.

Blackberry Jasmine Green Tea and Lemonade Sparkling Cocktail

Kick off your Easter brunch with a refreshing sparkling cocktail made with China Mist Blackberry Jasmine Green Tea. Blend equal parts tea and lemonade and pour into champagne glasses. Then simply add some sparkling wine or champagne to for a light and bubbly drink that’s perfect for toasting!

Iced Blackberry Jasmine Green Tea and Lemonade

An elegant twist on the classic Arnold Palmer. Blend equal parts tea and lemonade in a bit pitcher filled with ice. Pour into tall glasses with some fresh berries and a sprig of mint for a beautiful and refreshing drink that’s perfect for sipping on a warm spring day.

Blackberry Jasmine Green Tea and Lemonade Mocktail

If you’re looking for a fun and festive mocktail option, try mixing China Mist Blackberry Jasmine Green Tea with lemonade (again, 50/50) with some sparkling water and a splash of cranberry juice. It’s a fruity and fizzy drink that’s sure to delight your guests.

For the food (oh, we guess you need some food, right? 😉) Here are a few dishes that we think pair perfectly with our delightful beverages:
