If you have ever had an Old Fashioned, you know it is a strong bourbon forward drink. The recipe below is updating an old fashioned with a refreshing passion fruit black tea. The passion fruit black tea has a clean crisp finish and fruity notes that pair beautifully in this strong bourbon drink.

Ingredients
- 4 oz. China Mist Passion Fruit Black Iced Tea
- 2.5 oz. Soda
- 1 oz. Bourbon
- .5 oz. Simple Syrup
- 2 Dashes Bitter
- 1 Maraschino Cherry
- 1 Orange slice
Instructions
- Muddle simple syrup, orang, cherry, and bitters in glass
- Fill glass with ice
- Add iced tea
- Add soda, liquor, and stir
