Earl Grey Tea Popsicles

We found this great recipe from @BrooklynFarmGirl for delicious Earl Grey Popsicles. Whether it’s Summer or the cold of Winter, these popsicles are a real treat – and so easy to make!

Serves 4.


  • 2 Organic China Mist Earl Grey tea bags
  • 1 1/2 cups boiling water
  • 2tbsp. sugar or honey


  1. Add tea bags to large measuring cup. Pour in boiling water. Add sugar and stir. Let tea bags steep for 10 minutes and then remove tea bags.
  2. Continue to let sit until cooled down or quicken up the process by placing the measuring cup in refrigerator for 15 minutes to chill.
  3. Once tea is cooled pour into 4 popsicle molds. Put in freezer and freeze overnight.
